At Urban Monkey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery. Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging for a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Items

  Securely pack the items in their original Urban Monkey packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
